RCCANZ endorsed members are the Elite cleaning companies of New Zealand and have completed extensive training and examinations to be filled with full knowledge of every aspect of the Industry.
RCCANZ endorsed members can be confidently tasked with carrying out cleaning tasks from the most pecialist requirements to the most basic, and you can be assured that the job will be done well, with all care, knowledge and health and safety practises in place.
These members have also passed Quality Management Systems training This standard ensures that a cleaning company has a robust quality management system in place. The company must have a process for identifying and meeting customer needs, as well as for continually improving its services.

Demonstrate specialised knowledge of infection control and contamination prevention when working as a cleaner
Demonstrate knowledge of and apply site-specific health and safety requirements when working as a cleaner
Clean a hard floor surface when working as a cleaner
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of infection prevention and contamination when working as a cleaner
Identify and remove common stains from a variety of materials and surfaces
Work independently as a cleaner
Demonstrate knowledge of and apply security and privacy requirements when working as a cleaner
Demonstrate knowledge of customer service when working as a cleaner
Demonstrate knowledge of injury prevention, safe manual handling, and reporting procedures when working as a cleaner
Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning product risks and strategies to maintain safety
Demonstrate knowledge of and apply basic hygiene practices when working as a cleaner
Carry out core cleaning tasks
Identify, describe, and apply common cleaning products to different surfaces
